Password Wallet Sync App per Android

Ho appena pubblicato sul Google Play Store la mia prima App per Android. E’ la versione per smartphone della stessa app che avevo gia’ realizzato per Windows 10. L’ho realizzata utilizzando Xamarin.Forms.

Password Wallet Sync e’ una App che fornisce un posto sicuro nel tuo smartphone per salvare passwords, i codici segreti delle tue carte di credito, di raccolta punti o dei siti web, oppure i codici di licenza dei tuoi prodotti software. Tutte quelle parole e numeri difficili da trovare su file di testo o note, sparsi sul tuo PC o smartphone.

Dispositivi sincronizzati
I dati sono sincronizzati tra dispositivi diversi cosi’ puoi usare la stessa App su diversi computer o smartphone e mantenere i dati sempre aggiornati. Un esempio tipico e’ quello dove usi i tuoi dati segreti sul tuo smartphone e sul tuo PC Windows 10. Ricordo che per Windows 10 esiste la stessa applicazione con lo stesso nome che permette di avere gli stessi dati sempre sincronizzati sul PC e sullo smartphone.

Crittografia avanzata
Tutti i dati sono crittografati con AES a 256 bit. E’ il solo modo per avere i tuoi dati segreti solo per i tuoi occhi.

Cloud Store
I dati sono salvati sul tuo Microsoft OneDrive personale. Bisogna usare lo stesso Account di Microsoft (outlook.com, live.com) su tutti i tuoi dispositivi per garantire la sincronizzazione dei dati.

Autenticazione biometrica
Questa App supporta qualunque metodo di autenticazione biometrica (impronta digitale, riconoscimento facciale, scansione dell’iride) oppure un PIN numerico su quegli smartphone sprovvisti di metodi biometrici.

Utilizzo offline
Puoi usare l’app anche senza connessione a Internet; tutti i dati vengono salvati localmente e quando si dispone di una connessione Internet è possibile caricare i dati su OneDrive.

Utilizzo senza OneDrive
Se non vuoi usare OneDrive puoi usare la tua app sul tuo smartphone localmente ma hai perso qualsiasi funzione di sincronizzazione.

Password Wallet Sync, new version in the Store to fix a bug

I just released a new version in the Store that fix a huge bug to access OneDrive. The use UWPCommunityToolkit to access OneDrive and it has a bug in one method used to get the OneDrive root. I submitted a fix also in the UWPCommunityToolkit project but in the meantime I used a trick to solve the bug. So I released a new version to allow users to continue to use the App. I hope my effort is appreciated.

Password Wallet Sync, a new version in the Store

In the store there is a new version that adds photos, for example for loyalty card barcodes. It has also optimized the method of writing and reading on the OneDrive cloud that should decrease the time of data transfer. Unfortunately Microsoft made me remove the categories related to banks and credit cards due to a violation of the rules. I’m really sorry, but I couldn’t do anything but follow the rules. Use other categories for banks and credit cards for now. In the future I could find a solution to reintroduce them.

Password Wallet Sync, nuova versione nello Store

Nello Store c’e’ una nuova versione che aggiunge le foto, per esempio per i codici a barre delle Carte Fedeltà. E’ stato ottimizzato anche il metodo di scrittura e lettura sul cloud OneDrive che dovrebbe diminuire i tempi di trasferimento dei dati. Purtroppo Microsoft mi ha fatto togliere le categorie relative alle Banche e Carte di Credito a causa di una violazione del regolamento. Mi spiace molto ma non potevo fare altro che seguire le regole. Usate altre categorie per Banche e carte di credito per ora. In futuro potrei trovare una soluzione per reintrodurle.

Il est un lieu sûr pour sauvegarder votre mots de passe et les codes secrets des cartes et sites internet ou clés pour logiciel produits. Les données sont synchronisé sur appareils differents, donc je peux utiliser la même App sur multiple ordinateurs ou tablettes ou smartphones et les données est toujour à jour. Les données est sauvegardé sur OneDrive et les données locals chiffrés avec AES. Vous devez utiliser le même Microsoft User Account sur tout les appareils pour garantir la synchronisations des données. Cet App supporte Windows Hello et n’importe quel méthode d’authentication biométrique (empreinte digitale, iris scan ou PIN sur smartphones sans authentication biométrique).

Password Wallet Sync (Synchronisierte Kennwortdose) ist eine neue App für Windows 10 ab sofort im Microsoft Store.
Dies ist ein sicherer Platz um ihre Passwörter, geheime Codes ihrer Karten und Webseiten, oder Lizenzschlüssel aufzubewahren. Die Daten sind auf verschiedenen Geräten synchronisiert, damit sie die selbe App auf mehreren Computern oder Tablets oder Smartphones benutzen können und ihre Daten immer aktuell sind. Die Daten sind auf OneDrive gespeichert und die lokalen Dateien sind mit AES verschlüsselt. Das selbe Microsoft User Konto muss auf allen Geräten benutzt werden um die Synchronisation der Daten zu sichern. Diese App eignet sich für Windows Hello und alle biometrischen Erkennungsmethoden (Fingerabdrücke, Gesicht, Iris scan oder PIN auf Smartphones one biometrische Erkennung).

Password Wallet Sync , a secure box for your secrets

I have just released on the Microsoft Store a new Universal App called Password Wallet Sync. An English name to indicate a safe place to save your password and the secret codes of documents and web sites or software products serial keys. The data is synchronized on different devices so I can use the same App on multiple computers or tablets or smartphones and data is always kept updated between devices. To obtain this feature data is stored in encrypted format to a local file and OneDrive with AES. The data is never stored unencrypted, your secrets remain always secrets. Beware though, it must be used the same Microsoft User Account on the computer or smartphone to ensure data synchronization. This App supports Windows Hello and any method of biometric authentication (fingerprint, facial recognition, iris scan or a PIN in the case of smartphones without biometric devices). This increases even more the security guaranteeing access only with biometric parameters. If your computer is not compatible with Windows Hello then you can use a pin to secure access. But the rest of the functions still work.

The App is available for desktops and Windows 10 and has been translated into 5 languages.

Password Wallet Sync per conservare i segreti

E’ stato pubblicato sullo Store di Microsoft una nuova App chiamata Password Wallet Sync. Un nome inglese per indicare un posto sicuro per salvare le password e i codici segreti di documenti e siti web o i codici seriali dei prodotti software. I dati sono sincronizzati su dispositivi diversi così posso usare la stessa App su più computer o tablet o smartphone ed i dati sono sempre mantenuti aggiornate aggiornati tra i dispositivi. Per ottenere questa funzionalità i dati sono salvati su OneDrive e su un file locale in formato crittografato con AES. I dati non vengono mai salvati in chiaro, i vostri segreti restano sempre segreti. Attenzione però, deve essere usato lo stesso utente Microsoft Account sul computer o smartphone per garantire la sincronizzazione dei dati. Questa App supporta Windows Hello e qualsiasi metodo di autenticazione biometrica (impronta, riconoscimento facciale, scansione dell’iride o un PIN nel caso degli smartphone senza dispositivi biometrici). Questo aumenta ancora di più la sicurezza garantendo l’accesso solo con parametri biometrici. Se il computer non e’ compatibile con Windows Hello allora viene usato un pin per proteggere l’accesso. Ma il resto delle funzioni continua a funzionare.
L’App e’ disponibile per desktop e smartphone Windows 10 ed e’ stata tradotta in 5 lingue.
